Over a period of thirty years PVI has grown from a one-man business to the preferred supplier of tabletop disposables for companies across Europe. We achieved this because we are innovative, we always work together with our clients in a proactive way, and we provide reliable customised solutions. We invest in our relationships. This is in the DNA of our Dutch family business.
30 years of remarkable progression
PVI was founded in 1986 by Mr G.J. Dimmendaal and started with the production of tablecloths made from white damask paper.
1988 – 2006
PVI was the first in Europe to introduce a coloured version of the damask tablecloth. Machinery was expanded continuously and opportunities grew correspondingly. By maintaining its focus on custom work and quality, PVI reached the top in the Netherlands. It also became the preferred vendor for many European supermarket chains.
2006 – present
After the company was passed on from father to son, an entire new division was set up in a few months’ time to be able to supply napkins. Custom-printed, made from strong tissue or luxury airlaid. This new step proved to be a successful move. Thanks to its state-of-the-art printing machines and dedicated professionals, PVI remained the market leader throughout these years.
